COVID-19 VIRUS NOTICE UPDATE

A MESSAGE REGARDING COVID-19

We take our responsibility to protect your family and home seriously. As an essential business deemed by the Department of Homeland Security, we will continue operating to the best of our ability in accordance with local and federal laws, health officials, and instruction from the CDC.

These temporary policies have been put in place to protect against the spread of COVID-19:

1. All employees and contractors known to have flu-like symptoms have been asked to stay home for a minimum of 14 days.
2. All employees and contractors are instructed to wear a mask when coming within 6 feet of a customer and must wear a mask when entering a customer’s home or business.
3. All employees and contractors are instructed to use hand sanitizer with at least 90% alcohol between each customer interaction.
4. We also ask that if any of our customers have shown flu-like symptoms, such as a cough, fever, or shortness of breath, that they postpone any interior treatments. Service agreements can be sent and signed digitally if the customer requests.

We will continue to service homes and businesses as regularly scheduled. All treatments including interior applications can be done with limited to no human contact.

We will continue to use all necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for both product applications and personal protection for you and your service technician.
